Jill Paul -
Autism Consultant

Jill
was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. She has
an extensive teaching background in all levels of students
with disabilities. She is a graduate from
Cleveland State University with a BS in Special Education.
Jill has been a teacher and intervention specialist for 18
years and has worked with every level of student with a wide
range of disabilities along the spectrum; including students
that are severe profound medically fragile to students with
severe learning disability. She has worked in settings from
residential, to self-contained, and resource room to full
inclusion. She spent a number of years supervising student
teachers for the University. Her graduate work
specialized in behavior and communication, including
Assistive Technology and Autism. She also was a Teacher
Assistant for six years while earning her degree and raising
a family. She joined Williamson County Schools in January
2007. Her philosophy is to first get to know the
child, and then teach the whole child making each and every
child’s life the very best that it can be.
