Get Moving – increments of 5

  • the body is designed to move
  • increments of 5 – 5 minutes is better than 0 minutes, 10 minutes is better than 5 minutes, 15 minutes is better than 10 minutes and benefits continue to increase up to 90 minutes. 
  • recommended minimum is 3 x per week, but no more than 6.  Give the body at least one day of recovery time.
