Some people think of AHH as a patient’s response to the doctor who is using the tongue depressor and checking the throat.  While there is a health tie-in to that idea, our AHH is linked more to the refreshing response of someone sitting in a comfortable chair or quenching a powerful thirst.  


When you think AHH, think Health.   This is what we want to encourage each one in our community to do.  All of us should consistently look for health habits we can adopt into our lifestyle.
