Healthy Highlights at
Williamson County Schools
ALC
Morning Fitness Routine - A
one-hour daily physical exercise/running program is
part of the daily schedule (4Xwk) for all ALC
students. Students who are enrolled in JROTC,
PE I and II, weights, and wellness, as well as team
athletics, go each morning as part of their course
work. Students not enrolled in these classes
go twice weekly to participate in physical training.
It’s led by Michael Ford, ALC’s English-ROTC
instructor.
