Healthy Highlights at
Williamson County Schools
Lipscomb Elementary
Dance
Group – Students in 4th and 5th
grade have the opportunity to be part of a dance
group 2 days a week.
Healthy Monday’s on LTV – There is
a short 3-4 minute video on different health
subjects such as nutrition, physical fitness, germs,
safety, etc that teach our students about different
health issues. The videos are shown every Monday.
Marathon –
Students participate in the Country Music Kids
Marathon with training sessions before and after
school five weeks before the marathon date.
Video Library – During recess, on
days of inclement weather, Lipscomb is building a
video exercise library for classroom use.
