Healthy Highlights at
Williamson County Schools
Winstead Elementary
This year the physical education classes will have
special units that include C’Motion and skating.
C’Motion is a fitness-based, digital dance gaming
experience, a revolutionary new program for
schools.
Heart Health Activity – The HeART show will be
on Friday, February 22 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00
p.m. Though the focus is on giving and sharing,
there will also be heart healthy activities
available. The night’s activities include a
heart obstacle course in the gym. They also
plan to have heart related health fair booths
for people to receive free information, advice
and assessments.
