Williamson County Health Stories

In my experience, when talking with people on the topic of health I learn that people normally have a health story.  This should not be surprising since personal health is such an important part of our lives.  I also realize that many people came to a health crossroads that influenced their health story and many of these stories can be motivating as well as inspiring.  Please remember, it is never too late to begin adopting health habits and either create or continue your own health story.  You and your family will greatly benefit.

Coordinated School Health in Williamson County wants to collect as many of these stories as possible as a way to encourage one another.  These are important not only for the benefits of personal and family health, but for the benefits to all of us since good health eases the burdens on the whole society.

If you either reside or work in Williamson County and have a health story to share, please submit (500 words or less) and become a part in making Williamson County the healthiest and best place in the country to be!
