What is the Williamson County Transition
Academy?
We are an extension of the Williamson County Schools, offering
additional opportunities for young men and women ages 18-22 in the areas of
post-secondary education, training and employment, home and family living,
recreation and leisure, community involvement, emotional/physical health and
personal responsibility.
It is our intent to provide a systematic approach to
identifying and accessing relevant experiences and services in settings to which
are young men and women will be living and working in.
