WCS Mission and
Vision Statement
Pinewood Heights
Elementary School, located in rural southwestern Williamson County, has served
families since 1954. As the smallest kindergarten through fifth grade
school in the county, we prepare students with strong academic skills and moral
growth in a nurturing and family-oriented environment. Recent test scores
indicate that 100% of our students demonstrate proficiency in math and language
arts. We have an ongoing assessment process which allows us to monitor
students' progress and to review students' needs through a team process which
includes parents and provides varying levels of personalized intervention.
