| ACE Mentoring

Beta Club:
The purpose of the National Beta Club shall be to promote
the ideals of character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school
students, to reward meritorious achievement and to encourage and assist
students in continuing their education after high school. The sponsor is Mr. Wayne Wilson. |

Association (CA) Club hosts
guest speakers and social functions and is also involved in
competition. Membership is open to any student enrolled in Job for
Tennessee Graduates. The sponsor is Ms. Sylvia Curry. |

| Chess
Club has something to offer to
anyone interested in the game of chess. Learn to play or sharpen your
skills. You can practice with tournament equipment, play in tournaments,
and even compete with other schools. Learn textbook openings so you can
play like the masters! The sponsor is Mrs. Jessica Carter. |
Creative Writing Club-
for students who wish to express
themselves in print. We will create, critique, and read works of poetry,
prose, fiction and pay special attention to the creative use of toads in
literature.

open to all students currently enrolled in a marketing class. The

Club works hard to plan the fall
and spring productions and other events, competitions, and activities

(Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) gives
students an opportunity to develop leadership skills while serving the
school and the community through consumer science-related projects.
Membership is open to students in Family and Consumer Science classes
or students who have previously earned 1 credit in these classes.

Learn about how movies are made and how to make your own.

Club promotes the use of French at
school, keeps students aware of French cultural opportunities,
encourages other students to learn French, and helps students who
currently study French. Membership is open to all students who have
completed two years or are enrolled in their second year of French.

FFA
(Future Farmers of America) gives
students time to prepare for competitions in soil-judging,
parliamentary procedure, and other activities related to agriculture
production. Membership is open to students currently enrolled in a
Vocational Agriculture course. The sponsor is Mr. Tommy Green. |

(Future Business Leaders of America) gives
students an opportunity to develop leadership skills while serving the
school and the community through participation in business-related
projects. Membership is open to students enrolled in a business

Leaders of America (Army JROTC) emphasizes
the understanding of U.S. military history and promotes leadership and

students currently enrolled in any health occupations course. The

club that helps members to develop leadership skills, initiative and
friendship by participation in school and community-based service
projects such as the annual Franklin Rodeo. Membership is open to all

Latin Club/Junior Classical League is sponsored by Mrs. Susie Peak:
The club will promote knowledge of the classical period, including
culture and literature as well as language. Club activities focus on
appreciating the contributions to our lives by the Greeks and Romans. |

a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop

Spanish Honor Society: Page High is home to the "El
Cid" chapter of this national organization; members undertake projects
to learn more about the people and cultures of the Spanish-speaking
world. Membership is open to 10th, 11th, and 12th graders who have
completed at least 3 semesters of Spanish with an 85% average or higher
and who are genuinely interested in bettering their proficiency in
Spanish and knowledge of the Spanish-speaking world. The
sponsor is Mr. Collard. |

High Rodeo Team gives rodeo
contestants an opportunity to organize, practice, and plan for rodeo
events. Members also work within the community, using their talents and
skills to help others. Membership is open to anyone who competes in
rodeo events. The sponsor is Coach Lee. |

(PALS) is a peer counseling program that trains students
to help other students resolve conflicts. The sponsor is Mr. Mahan. |

Sponsor is Ms. Amy Hart. The club serves as an opportunity for youth
to provide community service, learn what services the Red Cross
provides, and learn lifesaving skills such as CPR, First Aid, and Youth
Disaster Training. |

offers support, encouragement, and activities for students to live a

students for the challenges of a dynamic world by promoting
