Meetings are held on Wednesday
afternoons from 2:40-3:30 in Room F3. Any student wishing
to become involved in the council are welcome to attend the
meetings. Members-At-Large are a vital part of our
council, but are not eligible to vote on issues.
Freshman campaigning will take place
the week of September 2-5, 2008. Elections will be during
6th period on Friday, September 5, 2008.
Freshmen interested in running for class president, treasurer or
representative need to pick up an application in the front
office at the start of school. Applications are due to
Mrs. Thomas or Mrs. Mauldin by Thursday, August 28, 2008.
Freshmen must have a 3.0 GPA. (A copy of the 8th grade report
card and positive recommendations by their freshman teachers are
required.)
