On several occasions, our students in a classroom or school setting, have the opportunity to be featured in the local media and in our school district publications and programs. Please indicate your willingness to have your child featured by giving your approval with a check placed to the left of the following:

This form will remain with your child's record as long as your child is a student in the Williamson County School System. If at any time you would like to change your responses, please notify your child's principal in writing.
