Transition Services

 

 

Transitioning into middle school and high school can be a fun and exciting experience for students. Adjusting to change can provide a positive growth experience as well. As a staff, we have had many years of experience in acclimating new students to our school as well as preparing them to move onto high school. We consider this one of the most important responsibilities we have all year. The following activities take place to help our students through the transition process

Rising 5th Grade Activities

  • Page Middle School 5th Grade Parent Night -

  • Page Middle visits feeder schools

  • Elementary Schools to visit Page Middle

8th Grade High School Preparation

  • EXPLORE Career Interest Inventory - Fall

  • Williamson County Career Fair - November

  • Page, Independence, and Centennial High School's Host Parent Orientation Nights

  • High School Registration and 4-Year Plans with your high school counselors School Counselors in classrooms going over high school registration process.

  • High School Summer Institute - June
