The purpose of the club is to allow chess enthusiasts the opportunity to refine their skills with other chess club members of varying degrees of skill levels. Most of the students will be attending Page High School which as an exceptional Chess Club Membership. Many Chess Club students are involved in outside tournaments and are taking private lessons with masters of the game; while others are new to the game and are just interested in improving their skills and having fun.
