New cafeteria online account payment information
Page Middle Cheerleading tryout

March 30- Parent Meeting 4:15-5:00 in the
library
April 12 paperwork, $5 fee, and current physical
due
April 13-15 clinics 330-500 in gym and cafeteria
April 17 tryouts 11-2 in gym
Page Middle 2010 book fair is all next week from
7:10 – 3:00. Checks, credit cards, and cash are
accepted.

of those students that will be starting 7th
grade!

For the first time
in 10 years, the Tennessee Department of Health has changed
and updated its immunization requirements. Students
entering 7th grade will have the following
requirements which will be effective starting JULY 1, 2010:
·
Tetanus-Diptheria-Pertussis
booster (“Tdap”)
·
Verification of immunity to varicella (TWO
doses or history of disease)
Please check with
your child’s physician’s office to get this completed this
summer. This needs to be done
BEFORE
entering 7th grade. If you have any
questions, please feel free to let me know.

Page Middle Talent Showcase Information:
1. The showcase will always
be on the last Friday of each month until the end of the
school year.
2. Only 5 performances will take place on
each showcase.
3. Performances will be broadcast on TNN.
