Power Mondays

The Ravenwood faculty and staff have led the way in collaborative efforts since our inception. Two years ago we met with the Williamson County School Board to ask for approval for a late start day in order for us to work together for the benefit of our students. Our request was granted the spring of 2006 and we named them Power Mondays. For the 2007-2008 school year, the School Board has approved late start days for all of the high schools in the County. Busses will run at regular times. Students arriving early will have the benefit of choosing from several supervised activities. All students will report to class at 8:10 a.m. on Power Mondays.

Media Center:	Research, Reading, Tutoring, Credit Recovery
Testing Center:	Make up tests
Counseling Center:	Visit with Counselors
Gymnasium:	Intramurals and board games
Cafeteria:	Breakfast
Balcony Beanery:	Coffee on the balcony with the Culinary Club

August 20 and 27	January 14 and 28
September 10, 17 and 24	February 4, 11 and 25
October 1, 8, 22 and 29	March 3, 10 and 31
November 12 and 26	April 7, 14, 21 and 28
December 3 and 10	May 5 and 12
