Spring Day will be on Friday and begin after the senior exam at 9:15 a.m. The cafeteria will not be serving lunch, but instead outside vendors will be serving barbecue, tacos and pizza. Today (Thursday) is the last chance for students to buy food tickets in advance during lunches for $5.00. They use their ticket on Friday to purchase food. If they would like to purchase from more than one vendor, they will need a ticket for each vendor.  Students may also bring their own lunch on Friday.

Rules for Spring Day

  • Students do not go to cars
  • No coolers or grills
  • No ordering food from outside
  • Dress code in force
  • Regular attendance policies in place
  • Athletic parking lot will be closed; students park in lot across from baseball field

Attn. Parents

School Board Policy states that no exams may be given in advance of the announced schedule nor will the exam be altered.  Exams may not be taken during directed study.  For students that have excused absences, make-up exams will be scheduled through Student Services on May 23rd and May 27-30.  Students who are absent from an exam (which is not pre-arranged) must have a doctor’s note to receive an excused absence.  Students late to school will not be allowed to enter the testing room late.

Summer Hours

The front office summer hours are 8-4:30 and we will be closed form 11:30-12:00 for lunch.

Clinic Reminder

Parents need to come to the clinic to pick-up any remaining meds. The nurse is not able to give leftover meds to the student.   Any leftovers will be discarded at the end of the school year.  The nurse will be available through May 23 to return meds.  Thanks to the parents for all of your help and cooperation throughout the year – it really has helped a busy clinic to run more smoothly!
