Athletic Participation
To participate on an RHS team a student must do the following:
- Turn in a physical dated after May 1, 2009.
- Turn in the HIPPA parent agreement form.
- Turn in the Emergency Treatment Form.
- Pay the $50 athletic fee prior to the first contest. You only have to pay this one time, it is not per sport.

Athletic Passes
Student and Adult Season Passes can be purchased during school hours from Jane St. Clair. Checks made payable to RHS can be brought to the athletic office – G146. The price is $40 for students and $65 for adults.
Cross Country
Mary Kate Collins has been named the John Maher Scholar Athletes for the month of October as presented by The Williamson Herald. Collins, a senior, is a three-year letterman as part of both the cross country and track and field teams and is currently serving as the cross country team’s co-captain. Swimming
The Swim Team won their meet last night against Brentwood HS 304 to 252. The Ravenwood boys tied with Brentwood boys 138-138 and the Ravenwood girls beat the Brentwood girls 164-116. Congratulations to all the swimmers for a great job.
Basketball
The Varsity boys and girls teams fell to Hendersonville last night. Both team return to action at Ravenwood on Saturday for a day of basketball action, with both teams facing Portland and Ezell Harding. Admission for the day will be $8, $4 for kids.
Hockey
Tonight RHS will BLACK OUT the Brentwood Bruins as we fight for victory over our rival! The game is at A-game Sportsplex at 6:30 but all students and fans are urged to arrive early as space will be limited. Don't forget to wear black, and bring noise...lots of it!
Lacrosse
Congratulations to the Varsity Boys' Lacrosse team, who wrapped up their fall season by winning the Harpeth River Riot Tournament this past weekend! The Raptors were undefeated, with victories over USN, Brentwood, and MBA. The offense put in a total of 35 goals, while the defense allowed only 7 all day - including one shutout.
