The Library/Media Center at Ravenwood High School looks out over the rolling Williamson County hills and farmland.  The Media Center  seats approximately 120 students, has 30 computer stations,  and  offers a variety of resources, including a computer lab, to support and enhance the  instructional goals of the Ravenwood High School faculty and staff.  The Media Center collection includes a diverse selection of over 15,000 fiction and nonfiction books, reference works, magazines, newspapers, and online resources as well as audio-visual materials and equipment.  Additionally, the Media Center offers students and teachers resources that can be accessed from any Internet-connected computer, including one from home.

The Media Center is open from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Friday.

We encourage students and faculty to borrow books and materials from the Media Center.  Books can be checked out for a fifteen-day period. Fines for overdue books are10 cents daily. Reference works can also be checked overnight. Overdue fines are 10 cents a day.
