Welcome to Scales and to fifth Grade!  

For about 7 weeks I was so fortunate to spend my summer with my family in Germany, Switzerland, and northern Italy. The weather was great for traveling, not too hot or humid.  

My two children are both in middle-school - one in 8^th grade and one in 7^th grade.  My husband just retired from teaching and is enjoying retirement. 

 I really look forward to another wonderful year of learning.
