Hello! My name is Kristina Burns and I am the School Psychologist. This will be my third year in Williamson County and I am very excited to be at Scales Elementary and Grassland Middle School this year.

     I graduated from UT-Knoxville with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and later received both Master of Science and Education Specialist degrees from Florida State University in Tallahassee.  I have worked in a variety of settings related to education, including the Florida Department of Education, on a grant teaching study skills to high school students, and at a residential treatment center for young women in crisis.  I am happiest in the school setting, and am looking forward to serving as a resource for Scales’ students, parents, and teachers.
