I, Mrs. Weeks, grew up in San Diego, California. While I was in college I always said that I wanted to teach third or fourth grade when I finished the education program. Here I am, teaching third grade in Tennessee and loving it!

I love to enjoy life and live with purpose. Some of my favorite things to do are singing, playing the guitar, creating, playing games, getting outside in nature, splashing around in the ocean, and spending time laughing with family and friends. I also love traveling, learning about different cultures, and seeing beautiful sights. I am thrilled to be teaching at Scales.

To inspire a love for learning and discovery in my students, to challenge them to reach their highest academic potential, and to create a warm, engaging, environment that encourages students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Students will leave my classroom knowing that they are highly valued and can make a positive and unique impact on the world around them.
