Hello
everyone - welcome to our wonderful school community! I am proud
to be calling Scales my home for the 6th year as principal in 2009-20010.
Prior to coming to Scales I was assistant principal at Kenrose and
Crockett Elementary Schools as well as Heritage Middle School. The
2009-2010 school year marks my 16th year in education, with most of that
time spent in Williamson County Schools.
I am happily married to my wife (Heather) of 15 years and am the proud
father of two beautiful daughters, Ashley and Nicole. Ashley is
now in middle school and Nicole is currently in 5th grade. Both
have been products of Williamson County Schools for all of their formal
education.
As a former Geography teacher, I enjoy learning about current events and
staying up on world affairs. I also enjoy coaching youth
volleyball teams, playing a variety of sports (including golf and
softball) and cheering for the Vanderbilt Commodores.
As we go through the 2009-2010 school year together, I invite everyone
to find their place in our school and help out wherever possible.
Our teachers, classrooms and school are always looking for volunteers -
no matter how big or small. Thanks for joining us in the complete
education of your children!
