Students can use this site to ask questions or get assistance with their math homework for experts or discuss math topics with other students.
A+Math:  Advanced Problems
Select the type of addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division problem you want to practice.  Then click Start.
Escape From Knab
A math game in which students rocket through space toward Knab.  On your way there, you learn that the beings there, although friendly, emit a foul smell and leave a slippery slime trail as they move about.  You also discover that a ticket to return to earth is $10,000.  You have to earn and save enough money in order to buy your ticket home.
Consumer Math
These pages help student in money conversions, making change, and computing interest and sales tax.
A+Math
This site helps students improve their math skills interactively.  They can create and print their own set of flash cards; do practice worksheets, and play a variety of math games.
King's List of Online Math Activities
This site contains many links to sites for basic facts, fraction, geometry, etc.
KidZone Math
This site has on-line math games, math brain teasers, and printable math worksheets.

This site has interactive lessons and activities for science and math.

This site contains science games and math games.
National Library of Manipulatives
A wide range of math manipulatives is now available online.  This is a good place to start exploring some of these "virtual manipulatives."

Planet Quest
Created at the Jet Propulsion Labs, this website offers online resources as well as offline activities for middle school students.  Highlighting the technology of interferometry (a method of employing the interference of electromagnetic radiation to make highly precise measurements of the angle between two rays of light), students can begin to understand how this technology can change our knowledge of the universe and the search for life on other planets.
Periodic Table Adventure
Middle school teachers will love this website with 5 lessons and activities that introduce the periodic table.  The Element Adventure Webquest allows students to research an element and create an advertisement for that element.
Marine Reserves
A game that lets students protect, maintain, restore and enhance living marine resources through new management strategies that encompass an ecosystem perspective and promote collaboration between competing interests.
Jefferson Lab Games and Puzzles
This site contains science games and math games.
Interactivate
This site has interactive lessons and activities for science and math.
Fear of Physics
As the creators of this website say "we created this site to be a friendly, non-technical place for you to come and 'play' with the laws of physics for a while."  Middle school students can try the different simulations, including Sound, Collisions, Making Your Jump Shot, and Zero G.

This is a primary source material location for American History-colonies, the Civil War, etc.
The Perseus Digital Library
This is a digital collection of materials for ancient Greece and Rome.  It also contains hundreds of links to other sites on these topics.
Food and Agricultures of the World
Agropolis-Museum is a Science Center with three online exhibitions: The History of Food and Agriculture, Farmers and Farming Over the World, and The Banquet de l'Huamite.  Visitors will find a global perspective of agriculture and the foods consumed by people in different nations.

Cyberhunt Kids' Library
This site contains cyberhunts on a variety of topics including language arts, social studies, science and sports.
Teachnology Games
This site has a variety of interactive educational games such as Lemonade Stand which simulates the real-life task of running a lemonade stand or Mad Libs which let you add words and create a story in a single click.
Funbrain
This site has arcade style games that help students with math and reading.  There are also quizzes.
Education for Kids
This site contains drill games for kids in the areas of math, social studies, science and language arts.
