1. How much is Tech Camp? There is no charge for Tech Camp. Enrollment will be considered on a first registered, first enrolled basis within each grade grouping. Sessions fill up very quickly.

2. Will lunch or breakfast be served? No, but students may bring a small snack and drink. They will not have access to vending machines or a refrigerator.

3. What is the Tech Camp snack policy? Students are allowed to bring a small snack and drink. There will be no sharing of snacks. Please do not send peanut products.

4. Who are the counselors for Tech Camp? Our camp counselors are teachers and technology coaches from Williamson County Schools.

5. What if my child can not attend every day of camp? Please do not sign your child up if they can not attend every day. Space is limited and each camp lasts only 4 days.

6. What if my child misses the first day of camp? If a student does not show up within the first thirty minutes of the first day of camp they will be replaced with someone from the waiting list. Once a student is replaced, they will not be allowed to return.

7. How will I know if my child is accepted into Tech Camp? You will be notified by e-mail or mail of your child's enrollment status.

8. How many students will be accepted into Tech Camp? Ten students per grade grouping will be accepted for each session. The grade groupings are kindergarten to second grade, and third to fifth grade. Students can sign up for either the morning or afternoon session, not both.

9. Who is eligible to attend? This years camp is for kindergarten through fifth grade students. Only students enrolled in Williamson County Schools are allowed to attend. If your child has not completed kindergarten yet, they are not eligible to attend. Grade level is determined by the grade the student completed in the 2007-2008 school year.

Families not able to arrange transportation within this time frame should not enroll. No additional child care will be provided.

11. Are there additional summer camps provided by WCS? Please contact your child's home school for information on other camps.

12. If my child is not accepted into Tech Camp, can he/she be put on a waiting list? Yes, but due to the popularity of this camp, we will only maintain fifteen students per grade grouping in each session on the waiting list.

13. Is transportation provided? No

14. Can my child attend more than one camp session? No, Tech Camp is very popular and we would like to provide as many students the opportunity to attend as possible.

15. If my child misses a day of camp, can he/she make this day up at another camp? No, all sessions of camp will be full. If your child can not attend every day of camp, please do not sign him/her up.
