Mrs. Kathryn (Katie) Rhea is originally from Greenwood, Indiana.  She graduated from Milligan College (TN) and began teaching in Bristol, Tennessee.  In 1987 she moved to Nashville and began teaching second grade at Scales Elementary School in Williamson County.  After moving to Franklin, Mrs. Rhea transferred to TES in 2001.
