Ms. Blood was born and raised in Englewood, Colorado, and she decided to come to the South for college. She attended Vanderbilt for both her undergraduate degrees of Elementary Education and Child Studies as well as her Masters in Reading Education, which she received in May of 2009.  Ms. Blood has worked with every age of students, and she is extremely passionate about the fifth grade. This is her first year at Trinity, and she could not be more excited!

Ms. Blood loves reading, listening to music, spending time with friends, and traveling. She loves all things involving the mountains, and she enjoys cheering on the Dores. She spent time studying in England and Japan, and she is excited for any adventure that might come her way. She feels extremely fortunate to be part of the fabulous Trinity family!
