Report Cards

Report cards are issued at the conclusion of each nine-week grading period. Mid-term reports are provided and serve to indicate areas of concern. Please sign and return report cards promptly.

Oct 15 - End of 1st quarter grading period
Dec 19 - End of 2nd quarter grading period
Mar 13- End of 3rd quarter grading period
May 21- End of 4th quarter grading period

Grading Systems

The grading system for Kindergarten shall be:

S- Satisfactory Progress
P- In Progress: Is working toward expected outcomes

The grading system for grades 1-2 shall be:

E- Performance exceeds expectations
S- Performance satisfactorily meets expectations
N- Performance needs improvement

Standards Assessment
1 -Below grade level standard
2 -Approaching grade level standard
3 -At grade level standard
4 -Above grade level standard
M -Modified standards
N/A -Not addressed this term

The grading system for grades 3-5 shall be:

A = 91-100
B = 81-90
C = 72-80
D = 70-71
F = Below 70
