Giving Thanks
The
Erin Mullican Book Fair is January 25- Feb. 1. Our
theme this year is Reading Road Trip.
Children will visit the Fair with their class during their
scheduled library time. Parents are welcome at any time. See
Book Fair hours below. Our Road Rally Family Night will be Tuesday (1/29)
5-8 p.m. Families are encouraged to pack a picnic dinner (or
pick up carry out) to bring to this event. It's the perfect time
to visit with friends and shop for all those hot titles.
Students can complete the scavenger hunt and be entered into a
drawing for $30 in books. Don't forget to look for the faculty
wish list display!.
One For Books,
a program that began last year, encourages
families to donate a dollar. All of the money donated goes
directly to purchase books for our school library. Scholastic®
will match the dollars raised and donate books to non-profit
programs devoted to improving reading skills among children.
