Third grade teacher Donna Gallagher is beginning her third year at Walnut Grove.  She previously taught in Florida. Mrs. Gallagher received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University.    She has been teaching for 11 years.  Mrs. Gallagher is married and has 3 children.  The oldest, Patrick, earned his Nuclear Engineering degree while in the Navy.  Patrick and his wife Ashley are expecting their first child in November 2008.   Michael is a senior at the University of Miami studying Architectural Engineering. Michael just completed a semester in Europe studying Architectural designs.  Troy is a sophomore at Independence High School and plays baseball year round.  Mrs. Gallagher enjoys scrapbooking, reading and baseball.
