Fourth grade teacher Debbie Parks is beginning her eleventh year at Walnut Grove. She represents the fourth grade on Walnut Grove’s BLT.  She is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Mrs. Parks has been a Franklin resident since 1991. In her spare time Mrs. Parks enjoys her  dog, Sadie, gardening, and the Titans.  She is married with two sons.
