Kathy Hall is
beginning her thirty-second year in education. This year will be
her second year as Walnut Grove’s full time assistant principal. In
2006 Mrs. Hall was honored by the faculty of Walnut Grove by naming
her Teacher of the Year. She has taught kindergarten, pre-first,
first, second, Special Reading, and been an assistant principal in
Arkansas as well as teaching at the Junior College level. She finds
it very satisfying to work with teachers, students, and parents in
her administrative role. Mrs. Hall enjoys seeing young children
learn to read and learn to love reading in the early grades. She
moved here in 1994 with her family from Arkansas. Mr. and Mrs. Hall
have four grown children and four (soon to be five) grandchildren
and two step grandchildren. She enjoys music, reading, and spending
time with her family. Now that all of the children are out of the
home Mr. and Mrs. Hall are enjoying being empty nesters and spending
time together.
