First grade teacher Leah Curtis is beginning her sixth year at Walnut Grove. Ms. Curtis is a graduate of UT-Knoxville with a B.S. and Masters in Education. She is a lifetime resident of the Franklin/Nashville area. In addition to teaching first grade, Ms. Curtis will continue to serve as the school’s webmaster and also coach the football and basketball/competition cheerleading squads at Grassland Middle School. In her spare time Ms. Curtis enjoys her 2 cats and dogs and physical fitness activities with her 3 sisters.
