Percussion, Color Guard Camps at Spring Station Middle

    Has your student ever wanted to learn to play percussion? What about learning the art of color guard? Spring Station Middle's upcoming summer camps offer both opportunities.

    From June 5-9, be trained by top percussionists from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. From xylophone to drums and everything in between, now is the chance to register for the second annual Summer Drummer Camp. The cost per person is $200 and includes a shirt, drumsticks and snacks. To register, fill out the online form. The camp is open to rising sixth through eighth-grade students.

    From June 12-16, fourth through fifth graders and sixth through twelfth graders will be able to learn from the staff of the SSMS and Summit High color guards. The camp will run from 8 a.m. until noon for fourth and fifth graders and from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. for sixth through twelfth graders. The registration may be completed online and costs $200 per camper.

    Spring Station Middle is located at 1000 Spring Station Drive in Spring Hill.
