Kindergartners showed they know their alphabet during the school's second annual ABC Parade on May 12.

Students dressed as words that began with each letter of the alphabet before taking to the hallways and showing off their costumes. With students and teachers dressed as everything from an artist to a yeti, it was an experience to remember.

"The ABC parade is something fun we do at the end of the year to celebrate learning our ABCs," said SES kindergarten teacher Hope Heckman. "This is one of the students' favorite activities we do throughout the year. As they dress up in their chosen letter, you can see their creative minds shine. I loved seeing each of their personalities through their outfits. As each kindergartner walked down the hall, you could see how happy they were to show off their outfit. Teachers and students from every grade joined parents and cheered them on. It was such a great experience."
