Williamson County Schools welcomed more than 350 new teachers to the district at its New Teacher Induction July 26-27.

Teachers heard from district administrators, worked in groups and connected with their school building colleagues. At the end of the day, everyone was sent off in style by the Franklin Band.

"We have an incredible group of professionals ready to make such a positive impact on our students," said WCS Professional Development Specialist Genevieve McKinney. "There were so many highlights of this event, including relationship building, time with content specialists and district mentors and more."
