A fun summer camp gave students the opportunity to explore Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) in engaging and unique ways.

From July 17-21, elementary and middle school students spent time creating stop-motion animation videos, participating in an eSports tournament, building rockets out of two-liter bottles and more. On the final day of camp, students launched their rockets from homemade launch pads.

"STEM Camp was an amazing experience for elementary and middle school students," said WCS STEM Coordinator Eric Harvey. "We spent the week exploring coding robots, drones and more. All of our activities were based on the four C's: creativity, communication, critical thinking and collaboration. It was a great week, and we'll do it again next summer."
