Kindergarten Starts at WCS

Kindergarten students across the district attended their first full day of school on Monday, August 14.

Before the first full day, students spent several half-days learning about their new schools and preparing for the rest of the school year. Many elementary schools celebrated this special time with breakfasts for kindergarten families, photo booths and more.

"The first day of kindergarten is so special," said Allendale Elementary Principal Dr. Cindy Davis. "Everything looks huge and fresh and new. It's just an amazing day."
