As part of its Battalion Recruiting Plan, the Page High Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) rafted the Ocoee River on Saturday, September 9.

The recruiting plan aims to inspire more group involvement through team bonding. The rafting trip included 10 miles of rapids and a riverside cookout which the students thoroughly enjoyed.

"By the end of the day, everyone was soaked and tired but full of enthusiasm and ready to go again," said PHS JROTC instructor Eric Goslowsky. "There's nothing more rewarding than to see the thrill of excitement on their faces, hear the shouts of laughter and camaraderie and know that these young people are building lifetime memories."
