College Grove Elementary Gets Ready for Rocket Run

Students at College Grove Elementary are getting ready for their upcoming Rocket Run.

On Friday, September 15, the CGES PTO hosted a pep rally to kick off the school's biggest fundraiser of the year. Complete with games, live music and more, it was a celebration to remember.

"One of the best parts of the pep rally this year was the staff tug of war," said CGES PTO Vice President Corinne Reese. "The students were told all about our Rocket Run fundraiser, and they learned how they can fundraise to help our school purchase some items on their wish list. A book vending machine is one of the items we are most looking forward to this year."
