Summit High students put their school spirit on full display during the annual homecoming parade on Friday, September 22.

The decorated floats made their way through Spring Hill, stopping at several elementary schools on the way.

"Homecoming day was a great day," said SHS Principal Sarah Lamb. "There was such a buzz around campus. It was a great week, and we topped it off with a win Friday night against Franklin."

On Friday mornings, dozens of students gather in the gym for the WES chorus club. During their third rehearsal on September 22, students practiced for a Veteran's Day performance.

"This is my first time having a chorus," said WES music teacher Claire Sudarshan. "These students are choosing to be here at 7:45 in the morning, and it means the world to me. They are so excited and bubbly and make everything better. I can't wait to see what they do this year."
