    Williamson County Schools registration for the 2021-2022 school year is well underway.

  • Proof of Residency for all Lions

    We are excited to have you in our school. WCS requires that every students' address be verified as they enter a school building for the first time.

    • Required: Proof of Residency (1 of 5 options below)
      • Option 1: Copy of Signed Lease Agreement (including renewed lease agreements)
      • Option 2: Signed Executed Settlement Statement
      • Option 3: Deed
      • Option 4: Mortgage Statement
      • Option 5: Signed Valid Non-Contingent Real Estate Sales Contract (applies if moving to school zone & with approved out of school zone request)

    • Required: 2 different Utility Bills
      • Option 1: Electric bill or connection letter dated month prior to enrollment
      • Option 2: Water bill or connection letter dated month prior to enrollment
      • Option 3: Gas bill or connection letter dated month prior to enrollment
      • Option 4: Sewer bill or connection letter dated month prior to enrollment

    *not accepted: cell phone, telephone, cable, internet and satellite service bills

    Please email those three Proof of Residency documents to Sunny Mitchell, our Attendance Secretary.

  • Rising 7th Grade Immunizations

    All students that will be entering 7th grade will be required to bring in a current immunization record showing ALLvaccine dates since birth, PLUS the additional 7th grade Tetanusvaccine, before the first day of school in August2021. Immunization Records can be turned in to the nurse as soon as this is completed.

    If the requirements are NOT met, students WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO START SCHOOL in August 2021.

    The requirements are:

    • ONE dose of TDAP (Tetanus Booster)·
    • It must be on a TN Certificate of Immunization form, which your doctor will have *The bottom left corner section 3, should be checked “complete 7th grade or higher”* In section 4, it must show the physician signature and address of the office*
    • Physical exams are required onlyif entering public school for the first time or for participation of any interscholastic athletic team.We prefer an original copy of the physical exam.
    • Please make your doctor appointments now so your child can start on the first day of school. An invalid immunization certificate with proof of
      a doctor’s appointment is not allowed for school entry.
    • Once you have obtained your valid certificate,you will want to make a copy for your records. They will need it for college.
    • Certificates can be brought into the front office, faxed to me, or scanned and emailed. Please do not mail certificates as they could get lost in
      the mail.

    This certificate is required whether school takes place in person, remotely, or online.
