Parent Portal Reminder

    The district's new parent portal for grades 3-12 will be up and running for the 2012-13 school year. With the WCS Parent Portal, parents can create an account and log in to see their student's grades, attendance and other information.

    Formerly known as ParentConnection, the WCS Parent Portal will be similar in nature. Parents will go to to create their initial account. Once approved, accounts will be available within three days.

    All existing parent accounts will work in WCS Parent Portal. Existing account holders will be asked to sign a user agreement which must be completed by August 24 or the user's account will be suspended.

    One of the exciting new features offered with WCS Parent Portal will allow parents of middle and high school students to set "triggers." This allows them to set specified criteria (e.g. the student's grade dipping below a certain level or when he/she misses class) and receive automated notification when the criteria is met.

    Parents will be able to login and view student information in the portal beginning August 24. For more information about WCS Parent Portal, check out our WEBSITE.
