    Students at Lipscomb Elementary are writing thank you cards for those they may not see over the holidays.

    After decorating the cards with finger-painted turkeys, the students wrote special messages for their loved ones.

    "I made a card for my dad to say how thankful I was for a pizza party," LES first grader Camellia Alatas said. "I made it on Blue Ribbon Day, and it was a lot of fun."
