It's National Teacher Appreciation Week! Despite the many obstacles they have faced this school year, WCS educators have found a way to persevere and continue to provide an excellent education to their students. Superintendent Jason Golden says he continues to be impressed by the commitment and resilience of Williamson County educators.

"Every week should be teacher appreciation week," said Golden. "Although it has been a challenging year, our teachers have gone above and beyond, and I am so proud of the work they have done. The student successes and achievements we've seen have in many ways surpassed those of a regular school year. I am so grateful for our educators and the wonderful work they do serving our students every single day."

Though many schools celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week independently throughout the year, National Teacher Appreciation Week is May 3-7.
