The Elementary World Language Program (EWLP) is returning to classrooms, but only Spanish classes will be offered during the fall 2021 semester.

The EWLP aims to nurture speaking and listening skills while also helping students in kindergarten through fifth grade develop an appreciation of other cultures and customs. Students in the program will attend one class per week for 12 weeks. Families may choose before or after school sessions depending on interest and availability. Morning classes will begin an hour before the school’s start time, and afternoon classes will be taught for an hour after dismissal.

Registration for the fall semester will open July 1 and cost $100 per student. Classes will begin the week of August 23 and run through the week of November 8.

For more information about the program, visit the WCS EWLP page. Beginning July 1, families may also fill out the registration form on the EWLP page.
