District Kicks Off Mini Golf Reward Program

The WCS Coordinated School Health program is encouraging elementary students to get outside and get active.

Between now and October 15, WCS elementary students can play a free round of mini golf at SOAR Adventure in Franklin. To be eligible, a student just has to show some sort of proof he or she attends a WCS elementary school like a school t-shirt or some other form of spirit wear. In addition, students can earn four more opportunities for free rounds of mini golf throughout the school year by earning an A on each report card.

The district kicked off this exciting new opportunity with a mini golf competition on September 28. Administrators and student representatives from each school teamed up to see who could get the lowest score, with Grassland Elementary coming in first place.
