Clovercroft Extracurricular Activities

There are many opportunities for student involvement at Clovercroft Elementary.   School Events Include: Cloverfest, Veterans Day Celebration, Fall and Spring Book Fair, Art Show online, Thanksgiving Meal, Family Math Fun Nights, Parents and Pastries, Daddy/Daughter Dance, Mother/Son Event, Clovercroft Derby, Field Day, Grade Level Programs, and Colt Assemblies.  All Clovercroft students are welcome to attend any of the above events. We also offer extracurricular activities that students in grades 3rd – 5th can participate in.

Running with Coach Clark and Mrs. McKeown

A fun activity for boys and girls in grades 3-5.  This activity meets after school two days a week.  Please contact Jimmy Clark for the boys team and Anglea McKeown for the girls team.

Student Council

Students help with daily announcements, Veteran’s Day Program and other initiatives at CCES. Student Council meets once a month.  For more information please contact Molly McGuire

Safety Patrol for 4th and 5th Graders

Students help to keep morning arrival safe in the car rider and bus loops.  For more information contact Lance Pearcy

Green Team for 4th and 5th Graders

Students help with our school-wide paper recycling initiative. Green Team meets in the morning in the front office before school starts. For more information please contact Molly McGuire

Clovercroft Encore

Encore is for students who have completed Kindergarten this year through 5th grade.

Week 1 is June 1st – 5th

Week 2 is June 8th – 12th

Time each day is 8:30-3:00

Squeaky Clean is for 4th and 5th Graders

Students help maintain squeaky clean floors.  They take pride in their school and help keep the building sparkling clean. For more information please contact Molly McGuire

Colt Chorale for 4th and 5th Graders

Students sing with Mrs. Baker and perform throughout the year on special occasions and in a winter and spring concert.  For more information please contact Lauren Baker   

Chess Mates

Students in 4th and 5th grade can meet to learn and play chess.  Prior knowledge of the game is not required.  This group is not competitive outside of school.  If you have any questions, please contact- Jennifer Dunlap

Rising 5th Grade Information
