Welcome to our SACC program:

The Williamson County School’s SACC (School Age Child Care) program is a year round program that provides extended care services for school aged children. SACC is offered at all Williamson County elementary schools.

The mission of the Williamson County Schools’ School Aged Child Care (SACC) Program is to provide a quality program in a safe, nurturing, and familiar environment which supports students interests in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development by providing students with the opportunity to complete homework, play independently, and participate in structured enrichment activities when school is not in session

Hours of Operation

CES SACC operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM until 6:00 PM during the school year at each elementary school.

School Year

The Williamson County Schools SACC (School Age Child Care) Program is offered to CES students before and after school hours. While school is in session, SACC provides services from 6:30 am until 6:00 pm. Students have the opportunity to participate in the BASE programs twice per year and includes enrichment activities from cooking to gaming to art to guitar lessons and more.

Homework

CES SACC offers an opportunity for students to complete homework and independent read in a quiet classroom setting with a 20/1 student/teacher ratio. It is available Monday through Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, starting August 22nd.

BASE Activities

BASE clubs will provide opportunities for all students in the school to participate. BASE clubs focus on three areas of programming: Academics, Athletics and Arts. Morning and Afternoon rotations include computer lab, gym, and creative play, as well as outside play when weather permits. Be on the look-out for BASE Club info in September and February outlining all the fun and exciting clubs being offered.
