Spring Sports

In most cases, spring athletic teams actually begin practice and conditioning during the summer months before school starts.

The spring athletic season runs from early March through May and forward, depending on tournament schedules.

Baseball

2018-2019 Cougar Baseball Schedule

Expectations:  Workouts for offseason take place throughout the fall semester–Monday-Thursday after school.

Tryouts:  Tryouts take place each February.  Look for further information in the Paw Prints or the Daily Announcements.

Soccer, Boys'

Expectations

Team members will practice at least once per week during the season, depending on when matches are scheduled.  During the off season, they will participate in strength and conditioning.

Softball

2018-2019 Lady Cougars Softball Schedule

Expectations

During the season, the Lady Cougars will practice at least once per week depending upon the game schedule.  Team members are also expected to practice during the off season and attend practice January-February in preparation for the season.

The first Tennis Team Meeting usually occurs in late January or early February. All returning players/parents are asked to attend as well any students who are interested in being on the team. Those who cannot attend that meeting must contact the coach.

Expectations

During the season, practice time will be scheduled at least once per week, depending on the schedule of matches tournaments.  During the off season, team members should practice individual workouts.
